Color me happy
despite what you might deduce
from lines riddled in sushi'd anger
raw at the meat of the meaning
wrapped tightly in sticky rice
those promises once made
a medley of mixed vegetables
emotions sauteed and harvested
that the pinnacle of poignancy

but i have made my peace
buried the devils left at my table
and crucified myself one more  time
flogged forgiveness at the hands of a fat...

dripping slowly down
the creases in my face
it runs like water
christening me
awaking my senses
leaving me hollow
yet so full
you cry the wolf

from the outside in
I embrace this sin
and eat it with tea and crumpets
smearing strawberry jelly
on your trembling fingers

licking it slowly with the serpents tongue
divided you lie

between good and evil
an impostor
a ventriloquist

where my heart lay

twisted fate taunts me
laughing as they know the secrets

that rest in coffins beneath my bed
breathing steadily... slowly
tell tale heart existance
knocking inside my mind
braille wishes etched
grazed by amnesia fingers
lost in a world of what if's
I reach for you because

Do Not Try This At Home (Flash Fiction - Adult)

No, it latched onto the snippet and let it roll round and round until it formed a complete thought. And once it had there was no way it would ever go away without being experienced. But it was wrong, so wrong, and I couldn’t possibly. Could I?

id have to say you missed it

that much

staring at your mirror

out of touch

blending the rogue
of your existance
painting  your  grin
you sin
against your truth

becoming a glass eyed pharisee
donning your forged status like a beret
cocked to one side
laughable but too you
its jaunty way to announce your orginially
lip synced sincerity
lbare your soul
or at least your midriff
no denying

I sleep to dream
But nothing comes
Awake and alone
staring into
a blackened abyss
of unanswered question
run ragged by  racing thoughts
my  fevered fingers
 tick of   the possibilities
could have
would have
should haves
 and why the hell  not?
I n...

you wear your hidden intentions
like your name in your underwear
stealthily at first
unnoticed, unseen
looking like the arch angel
of guidance
of clarity
or sought after grace
an answer found in the traces
of drunken tea leaves
clinging to the sides of the porcelain cup
summing up
how you see me
breakable yet needy
a whipping girl for your pain
la ittle girl insane
needing to be loved
a wonton mistress with a daddy complex
